We had a good comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Orlando. It was very good value for money, with an excellent complimentary shuttle service to the Disney parks. I also received free car parking at the hotel via my reservation with Booking.com. You can also walk to Disney Springs, which is great. A few minor complaints… our towels weren’t replenished after cleaning so we had to ask for more, our coffee was replenished but the creamers were not, again we had to ask for more. The walls are VERY thin we could hear neighbouring rooms chatting late into the night. Our in room safe didn’t work for 2/3 nights we were there, we ended up leaving our passports etc in the main reception lock box in the end. The staff members did try their best to fix the safe in our room, and in the end replaced it entirely. By that point our stay was at an end anyway. The fireworks view rooms… well the fireworks are very far in the distance and these rooms also face the main road so there is loud traffic noise 24 hours a day. I’m not sure I would choose this next time. That being said the hotel is good value for money, especially with the free parking and shuttles, and the staff were helpful and polite.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, always willing to help and seemed to have all the answers,! Parking attendants also were very good with directions. All areas were very clean and lots of good quality towels at the pool. Breakfasts were special with a wide choices and wonderful omelets. Would be happy to stay there anytime . As an elderly single traveller always felt safe.

Great staff. Love the abilit to make minnie/mickey pancakes. I just hope that the buffet breakfast has more options. We extended for one more day since we really enjoyed it. Pool area is great too! The food in their bar is delicious!

Room was good, facilities very good and location perfect. The only criticism was the breakfast; there was no allergy information and no gluten free options so I had to bring my own gluten free cereal to breakfast.

Hotel in a good location, a short walk to the Disney Springs shopping area. Reasonably good breakfast. Everything worked well.
