The location to the parks was really good.. a stones throw away to other amenities was a plus.. Having a TGI Fridays attached to the hotel also added to the convenience The concierge and other staff were really pleasant and welcoming

I was happy the restaurant was close to the hotel and the travel desk was in the hotel and provided shuttle to the Universal Studio.

The location & shuttle service were very helpful. We stayed there overnight so we could get an early start at Universal the next day after our flight.
