Great location - 5 minutes from Universal's parks. It offers breakfast and has shuttles to the theme parks. We had a room for 5 people and got 2 private bathrooms - which was very comfortable. Has a nice pool.

All good. The only negative is that they are not environmentally sustainable. For breakfast they offer you disposable plates generating a lot of garbage and even worse, there are no places to sort the garbage.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is 5 mins ride from Universal studios and has shuttles taking you there and back for free. The people at the reception ard very helpful and polite.

The breakfast was yummy! Location of the hotel was easy to find. The facilities were clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of parking space available which was awesome. The pool looked really appealing though I didn’t get time to use it :( Loved the covered areas for walking to access the lobby from the room.
