Facilities very family friendly. Kitchen crockery etc sparce. Location great for Disney, supermarket and outlet shopping. Pool great for kids.

Although the apartment is spacious and appeared clean, we found the whole space very tired. The shutters on the bathroom fell off when we tried to close them, the patio door is very difficult to open and close, the showers drip if not turned very tightly off, and there is a musty smell. It is fine for a base for being out during the day, however we felt for the price we paid we were disappointed with the quality compared to other places we have stayed in Orlando. It was also a little alarming to see the pest control van outside in the morning and some rat traps around. We waited 50minutes for our breakfast order and part of it was missing.

Location was right in the middle of Disney and Universal, around 20 minutes in an Uber/Lyft. Felt like a home from home, had everything you need.

A spacious suite, generally in a good shape. Very nice pool area with a heated pool open till 11pm. The resort is extensive, some buildings are further from the lobby, pool and bistro, but it is not more than a five-minute walk to get anywhere + parking is always available just next to your building.

Upon arrival staff was efficient and very friendly...check in was a breeze..we had a 3 bedroom condo which was very spacious. Pool area was good not too crowded loved that there was a bar and food available on site and even Starbucks. Very close to shopping. We could even see Disney fireworks from our 5th floor balcony which was amazing...

The room was huge. The restaurant had pretty good food and decently priced drinks. The location was good. There is a shuttle to the parks however we didn’t use it. The pool was a good size with lots of chairs and lots of towels. We enjoyed seeing all the turtles in the “lake” from our balcony.
