Only thing missing is an in room safe. Everything else worked perfectly. Staff are amazing.

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast and dinner options were available daily, which was convenient and had a decent variety. The location was a big plus—very close to Universal Studios, making it easy to get to the park. Overall, it was a nice experience!

Clean hotel, nice breakfast with choices for everyone, good food for supper with snacks/drinks. Shuttle to Universal. Appreciated the reusable cutlery and plates - should have reusable cups and glasses though.

Great location, next to I-4, Universal Studios and International Dr, but quiet, comfortable, daily cleaning, good breakfast (for US). 7-11, tank station, and Whole Foods within 5 minutes walk.

Location (if you’re doing the parks) is excellent. They have good perks such as happy hour free beer (x3) and food. Breakfast included with price.

A spacious room. Excellent location for Universal Studio and the whole area there. Around there are food stores and there is also a restaurant in the hotel. Plenty of parking and free of charge. Nice staff. They give a light break in the afternoon, popcorn and a drink
