Great value for money, as we only needed a place to stay overnight after spending busy days at the theme parks. We loved the convenient location near Universal, and the included breakfast was a big plus, ensuring the kids were well-fed before heading out for long, action-packed days.

Breakfast was ok (not exceptional), the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was strong. The room space for 4 people is exceptional. The small fridge is a good item. The room service was efficient. The overall stay was great.

The location of the hotel was very good. The sister hotel which was just across the parking lot provided a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios , and it was walking distance to Orlando's Premium Outlet. The staff were very friendly, particularly Tamara who works at a receptionist and was incredibly friendly when checking us in. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a microwave, coffee maker, and a TV provided, as well as good WiFi. Breakfast was included. There was a good selection of snacks available to buy, as well as multiple water refill stations.

LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT, SPACIOUS ROOM AND REAL COMFORTABLE BEDS WERE AWESOME. VERY CLEAN....AND BREAKFAST WAS GOOD TOO.

The rooms were big and comfortable for 4. Breakfast was actually pretty good, I was surprised. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.
