I like the variety of pools and water activities. The lobby and main pool was beautiful. Staff was incredibly friendly.

We always enjoy the waterpark when we visit and the convenience of everything close by including restaurants, entertainment, etc.

The size of the room was amazing as we still had the chance to tuck the kids into bed and watch tv on our own. The breakfast was amazing, loads to choose from. And the water park was amazing, kids and parents loved it.

Very close to Universal Park, good steakhouse walking distance. Very nice staff working at the breakfast restaurant, lot of lifequards at the pool watching for kids. Nice Starbucks on the premises.
