The hotel was a great value for money. Rooms were spacious, and beds were super comfortable, like in a 5 star hotel. All staff were friendly, polite and professional. We were able to check in a bit earlier, which was nice of them. Breakfast was tasty, and the staff at the restaurant were also very professional. The pool area was small, but cosy and towels were provided. Some shops are located across the road, which is handy for snacks, additional toiletries and suveniers. There are also convenient shuttle buses to Disney parks. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay on a budget.

Combined with the neighbouring hotel Caribe Royale it offered excellent facilities. Glad for the fresh laundry and pool. Frex made excellent pizza. Brekkie was well catered. Great having buses to the Disney World sites but the departure times at Epcot and Hollywood just prior to the fireworks was disappointing. Then no bus for another two or three hours!

Good location for Disney parks. We went at a very busy time so couldn’t always get a shuttle, but Lyft was also reasonable and shuttle was very good when we did use. Room a good size and very clean. Water pressure and temp, could be better. Nice pool, althoguh we did not utilise too much. Good use of some of Caribe royale (sister hotel) dining options. Staff were extremely helpful.
