The location is perfect, lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Across the street, you can take the bus to the Orlando premium outlets. The place is clean, I've read many comments about the cleanliness, but I totally disagree. It's true that it isn't daily (every four days) , but they tell you during check-in, and if that is a problem, you can ask for extra cleaning. The pool is big and very warm, I didn't buy food and drinks, but the prices are ok.

for this price it was the most magnificent hotel, great location, all coffee, shops, restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is clean, freshly renovated, new furniture, they cleaned the room every day, I am incredibly happy about it. There is a large, clean swimming pool on the hotel grounds. I recommend this hotel to everyone. It was a great vacation, thank you!

Good location in a popular area which was not too busy. Convenient for Seaworld and Aquatica. Good facilities and a comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful with information about the shuttle bus to the parks. Also with dealing with some noisy guests sitting outside our window with a radio on, smoking and talking loudly. We did not complain or ask for it to be dealt with but a staff member noticed and very nicely and politely asked them to move away and showed them where they could go instead. Clean towels and beds made everyday. Lovely shower and plenty of hot water.

I have stayed here about 5 times now annually and location is ideal and room is basic but good value.

They gave me a room facing the highway - i travelled 24 hours and was jet lagged, the whole night sound of trucks, cars etc was coming inside the room. I told them to change the room the next day - they didnt respond or helped in anyway.

Rooms are very big and clean. Staff and manager very friendly. Easy to deal with. Coffee was great too. Parking very good.
