Apartment Overview

Orewa Beachside is 2-bedroom studio with level entry through a garden courtyard adjoining Orewa Beach. Free parking is available in front of the house which is security lit and your hosts live on-site and are available to welcome you personally upon arrival.
The boutique studio is ground floor and both bedrooms are separated by the en-suite shower and toilet facilities. There is a separate service facility equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and a refrigerator. There are utensils for tea/coffee making and the preparation of light meals.
While we aim to be there to greet you upon arrival this cannot be guaranteed. We also have a lockbox self check-in option available.
The beautiful courtyard is for your exclusive use and offers a very relaxing ambiance that all of our guests enjoy
You also have access to an upstairs deck and seating area where there is a large gas barbecue. These are shared facilities which can be used at anytime by arrangement with the property.

“Orewa Beachside had everything we needed to be able to relaxe .”

We loved the location, close to the beach, shopping center, restaurants, and our host were very friendly .we loved that it was quite and very private. The court yard was lovely really spacious for visitors,best of all outdoor shower, and out door washing lines for when you come back from the beach, love it.

Loved the location and how private and cosy it was. Bed was super comfy, had everything we needed and the hosts are lovely! Great that it is so close to the beach too, can hear the waves from your bed!
