A little dated but well presented and lovely clean. Bed was comfortable and kitchenette was well stocked with plenty of plates and cooking pans and stuff. The location was nice and quiet and well located the staff very welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I are very happy with the property, due to these reasons: a very clean place, easy access to the rooms, very secure parking for the vehicles night time, which we were very concern, since we were travelling by motorcycle and good value for money.

What we wanted, plain and simple, easy access to the town, everything within walking distance. The room and bed were very comfortable, access to the shower and toileting facilities were also good. Would recommend to others and if we are back in Orange would stay there again.

Although a little dated, the facilities and room were superbly clean and very spacious. The apartment complex is close to everything in Orange. Will be returning.

The apartments are nothing fancy and a little dated but they have everything you need. Cook top, large fridge, microwave, sink, tea and coffee facilities . The shower is always hot and clean. all rooms have a private balcony or court yard. Rooms are very large with plenty of room to sit and eat, watch TV . The beds are very large and very firm if you like that.. Over all I have been very happy on my many stays at Summer East . Also is a great location very central but in a quiet alcove.

Excellent location and grounds were very well kept. Although the accommodation was older everything was clean and well maintained. Recommended as a reasonably priced stay.
