Staff were so obliging and helpful. Iban and Alex are A+++ employees. I had an executive room. The bed and pillows were just so comfortable. Spacious room with temperature control You didn’t need a degree in physics to work out. Hotel is within easy access to transport and an Aldi Suisse (just an easy short walk). In room coffee and tea maker and free wifi that works well. Highly recommended

The staff were super accommodating - they changed my room (which a problem with its Airco unit) and moved my belongings to another room no problems. There is a free shuttle from the airport and flavoured water on offer in the lobby area. Kettle and coffee machine in room was great to have.

I like that one of the counter members actually volunteered to help bring the luggage up when we found no help (I think this is more to do with the person than it is the usual). As I was traveling with an elderly family member and leaving on a later flight, having a later checkout was much appreciated. The close location to the hotel helped me have an easy return of a rental car at the Zürich airport and subsequent return to the the Hotel by shuttle (free). The rooms are also equipped with a coffee maker/hot water dispenser. Given that Swiss hotels don't often have a source of hot water for drinking we appreciated this. The beds were comfortable and did the job of giving us rest before a flight the next day.
