Everything was good except that there was no fan. Though it is a hill station, fan is sometimes required for fresh air or when the doors are closed

I loved it so much,staff was very hospitable particularly Saravana, rooms were clean and well maintained, hot water facility, welcome kit with dental kit ,body wash and soap was provided, near to the city centre,hill view from property was spectacular,cab service by Diwakar is so nice, I strongly recommend to the budget travellers with families.

We stayed in the hotel which is centrally located for two nights. Its a medium sized villa with comfortable rooms suited for family and tourists. It has four car parking available and we could park our car there. Room and bathroom was clean and you can have a view of the valley and the surrounding hills. The bed sheets, comforter, woolen blankets, towels were neat and clean. You get one towel for each bed provided. Hand towel is provided on request. You can easily walk down from the hotel to the main market and have easy access to food and shopping. The hotel will soon have a restaurant which was almost ready in a month or two which will be super useful for early breakfast and dinner. They speak and understand English, Tamil and Hindi and communication is not a problem. The hotel staff is very helpful at all times of the day and they guide you to the property based on you mode of transport once you reach Ooty.

The staff's Helpfulness. The location was good. Power backup was there. Zomato/swiggy delivery was available. The rooms were big. Water dispenser was there to fill water bottles. Electric Kettle was there.
