Property is in the center of the city near to botanical garden with a nice balcony view , owners were so kind ,we had a really very good stay.

Owners were very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and the view of Ooty town from the property was phenomenal. They allowed us to use their washrooms and to get freshen up at their place before and after check out.

It was an amazing experiance staying at Havens Cottage. The cottage is nestled in a picturesque location, providing a serene atmosphere that truly enhances the charm of Ooty. What made my stay even more special was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly friendly, well-mannered, and proactive, always ready to assist with a smile. A special thanks to the wonderful uncle and aunty who run the place they go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels at home. Their warmth and attentiveness made my stay truly memorable. The hospitality, hygiene - 10/10! Terrace room size is small. But, the view - 10/10! Beautiful place! Well taken care off! Facilities for this stay was also a 10/10! Hot water 24 hours, Television for those who want that, Toothbrush and towels, all included!
