The fine print
It is allowed in almost all villas to bring a dog. No other type of pets is allowed. There is a maximum of 1 pet per villa.
When booking, you must clearly indicate in advance that you are bringing a dog, as this is not allowed in all villas.
Please note that guests will be charged 35 EUR per pet per stay and an additional pet cleaning fee of 35 EUR.Breakfast is served in the Landgoed Bergvliet restaurant between 8:30 and 11:00, prior reservation is required. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments.A security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals:
Villa: EUR 800
Deluxe villa: EUR 1000
This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.Highchair available on request. EUR 5 per stay.Bookings with more than 21 consecutive days are not allowed.For the group accommodations (8 - 12 persons) minimum age of the main booker is 25 years.
Bergvliet Villa’s reserves the right not to hand over the key upon check-in or to charge a higher deposit, at the discretion of the reception.
If you fall under this, your reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
For normal bookings, minimum age is 21.Families with children are allowed.Please note: For bookings lasting longer than 13 days, additional fees such as interim cleaning, extra bedlinen and extra towel may be applicable.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Lovely place to stay, nice and clean. Openplan made it feel nice and big. Definitely somewhere i would stay again, but with my own pillow.

Lovely house with all the facilities we needed. Nice outdoor areas as well. Easy to find and close to the golf course. Lovely food in the golf restaurant.

I like the location, it was a quiet place. The receptionists were kind and lovely. The villa was very good. The water temperature when showaring was great.

The villa is very spacious and clean. The furniture is new and the beds are very comfortable. They provide small things like dishwasher soap and tablets to make you stay as comfortable as possible. We had breakfast at the restaurant which was good. I would recommend to add lactose-free and plastic-free options (jam, chocolate paste, cheese etc came in small plastic containers. Overall, we had a very nice stay!
