Please provide names of all guests in English when making a reservation.Please note that The Moon Beach Museum Resort and Moon Beach Palace Hotel are two different properties in the same building. The Moon Beach Museum Resort's front desk is located on the ground floor.Please note that children 0-5 years old are free of charge for up to 2 people with "no amenities and no bedding". If you need bedding, please register your child's age at least 6 years old.
Adult rates are applicable to children 6 years and older. For guests exceeding the room occupancy, charges will apply. Please indicate the correct number of guests at time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Big hotel with large rooms and a lovely little beach. Very quiet when we visited in April off season. Odd that they have only twin rooms, so our 'double' was two singles pushed together. Nice plus having Nespresso. Hotel charges extra for parking (probably fair enough) and sun loungers on the beach (felt very unfair at 1500yen+ per day). Breakfast nice first day but exactly the same every day - could do so much more. Overall a lovely place to stay and we really enjoyed it but felt they were trying to milk more money out of us.

Older hotel with nice pools. We couldn't enjoy the beach facilities or outdoor pool because they were closed for the monsoon season. Good location to visit the north of the island

Very nice staff, unfortunately we were there during a cold spell and the heat system in the room is hard to navigate, as it only works in Japanese.

Amazing Coral swimming, beautiful heated swimming pool, lovely green lush plants in public areas, beautiful layout, gorgeous beach, lovely on Onsen spa, live music and New Year’s Day activities were fun

Perfect stay, relax at the swimming pool, excelent breakfast, but lunch is even better! The beach is paradise, the hotel is a masterpiece! Nature and five star service! Very near to lots of diving tour companies and the famous Blue Cave, restaurants around, convenience stores. The room is very spacious and has a large balcony and a bathroom, really clean!

The whole place was amazing. The hotel is nice, the beach is gorgeous, never crowded. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even who doesn’t speak English tried everything to help us when we had questions. I highly recommend this hotel! We also checked other big hotels nearby with beach access, and we think the moon beach is the best so far. You can really relax here without crowds or loud noises. And I also had to mention the private island tour with snorkeling and bbq. It’s soooooooooo worth it! If you book a few days here that’s a must try thing!
