Moon Beach Palace Hotel's front desk is located on the 3rd floor.For guests staying longer than 3 nights, the hotel only charges a parking fee for the first 3 days.Advance reservation is required for guests who wish to have bridal photos taken on site. Extra charges apply. Please directly contact the hotel for reservation and for further details at least 1 week prior to your arrival date.Please note, amenities for children sleeping on an existing bed are not included in the rate.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

Staff and their service was outstanding. Our check in was very smooth. After the paperwork, one staff took us to the room and explained everything. Room was very clean, nice and big. We had a problem with aircon at first night. Next day they changed our room to an upgraded bigger room with sea view. They have a common microwave oven, coffee machine, water point for anybody to use. Staff even helped to heat up the food. About 100m from the hotel, there is Lawson, Family mart & 7 Eleven. Also along the road there are many restaurants for dinner.

Room was clean and spacious with a small beach view balcony. There were twin beds and also futons available in the closet. The beach is nice.

We loved the beach being right in front of your doorstep. The room was clean and recently renovated. The staff were more than helpful and even gave us personal recommendations on where to eat. The views are stunning from the hotel. The close proximity to shops and local restaurants was extremely convenient.

Beautiful beach and facilities! Many restaurants walking distance and direct bus to airport.
