Incredible location, right by the beautiful beach and restaurants. Adrienne, the host, was super nice, she left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift and let us check out later without us even asking. I truly recommend this place.

These apartments are perfectly situated on the beach. Very comfortable and safe. Nice outdoor area. Loved the retractable sunshade. Walk a few steps to one of three restaurants. Recommended for a couple of days in Waiheke

Our stay was awesome, the apartment had a great sea view and you could hear the waves. It was in a great location and comfortable and had all things you need for a great stay. We ate out every night but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything if you wanted to stay in and cook. Great balcony where we had breakfast and wine and cheese while soaking in the great view. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. Host was easy to deal with and sent clear instructions before arrival so checking in was easy. Loved the beachside location and the many cafes in walking distance.

The owners were lovely and friendly. Location was excellent close to eateries and bus stop straight to and from the Mataitai Ferry and four square up the road for all your essentials. Fully equiped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious, clean and very comfortable. Wireless charging docks for my iphone. And best of all Ashley & Co shampoo & conditioner, handwash and bodywash supplied. Absolute beachfront access. Ample parking onsite.
