We really enjoyed the friendliness of the hosts, they went out of their way to support us, at arrival, during our stay and upon departure. The location is excellent. It is a little out-of-the-way, just a short stroll from the bus stop, but equally just a short stroll down to the beach for a swim, while having excellent views from the patio. Sun in the morning, some shade in the late afternoon. The apartment has all the amenities one can think of. Tidy and clean and friendly.

A very comfortable little apartment with lovely hosts. The location is fabulous for the beach, the stunning hike, the village with its restaurants and shops, and the local bus. We will return.

Very clean with excellent facilities. A short (10 minute) walk into town either along the beach or the road. The beach is two minutes away. Our hosts, Heather and Alastair, were very helpful and made us feel at home. A beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Jake's Place is the place to go for a relaxing break. The apartment was bright and airy with great views from the deck overlooking the water. I loved the fact that it had a coffee pod machine! The location was just a short walk along the beach to the town centre. Our hosts were very lovely and so accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again.

Location on a quiet street a short walk from Oneroa was amazing. The views from the balcony, living room and bedroom were amazing and lovely to wake up to each day. The bed was comfy, the bathroom large and well stocked, washing machine / dryer / clothesline fantastic and having a fully equipped kitchen with a lot of pantry items on hand was wonderful - we wanted to relax after a hectic few weeks and Jake's Place was perfect.

Comfortable, spacious and well-equipped accommodation with a great outlook over the bay and in an excellent location. Walk to restaurants and local town centre.

Great hosts, available if you needed to know anything, very friendly, but also left you to do your own thing ...which we liked. Great location! Walking distance to beach & main town centre. Accomodation was very spacious, light & airy, & had everything you could ever think of needing while on holiday. We would definitely recommend AAA+++
