the cleaning staff - Pat never meet anyone that goes far & beyond & always smiling & always said hello and asked if we needed anything 100/100 for pat just amazed that staff like her exist she made our stay great as prior we had issues with no hot water

Large selection of items in the basket. My dtr is gluten free and there were many options for her.

The staff and volunteer members were SO lovely and helpful and the grounds were so well looked after by the staff. A real sense of pride and love for their work. Breakfast goodies in the room were very well appreciated. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and the pool and spa was great for the kids.
