The hotel was a convenient location when visiting the Kurobe Alphine Route from the Ogizawa side when you have a car. The area surrounding the hotel was quiet, as was the Omachi town during our visit in 14-15 Oct. The hotel itself was rather grand, the rooms were comfortable and of good size, and the beverage corner near the reception was well-stocked. Special mention goes to Ms Bunkei Man. She was most helpful, spending time helping me to book online tickets and offering suggestions of restaurants and places of interest to visit. I rate her a 10/10 for customer service.

Loved the Buffet breakfast. Room was beautiful with traditional Tatami mats and Shuji screens with mattress beds on the floor - super spacious. Breakfast was nice served on a tray at your table. I prefer buffet where you can choose what youd like to eat but this was nice Japanese flavours

Very friendly staff. Enjoyed the onsen and Japanese breakfast as hungry because dinner was not very large.

Staff are very nice. The man who speak English is very sincere. The girl who speak Putonghua is very kind and helpful. Thank you for the room upgrade.
