I'll start with the bathroom - it's very nice, with a window to the charming garden. The bedroom itself is quite spacious and the beds comfortable enough. The accommodation is outside the controlled parking zone, so you can park on the street for free. The host is very nice and has very benevolent conditions for canceling the reservation. Overall, considering the price, the accommodation is great, especially for short-term stays.

Very spacious unit on the ground floor in a quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen isn't best equipped but you can always ask the owner who lives and works in the same property so needs for extra kitchen equipment can be catered to quickly. We stayed for a few nights and plenty of towels were supplied. She runs a beauty salon there and massage is part of the salon's offers. We were very happy with the massaus's technique and services, at a reasonable cost. If you don't plan to wash clothes, this apartment seems to offer, out of all properties in Olomouc listed on Booking.com, the best value for the money, especially for the size of the room.
