Hotel Overview

Situated in Olhão’s countryside, Quinta dos Poetas, has a large outdoor swimming pool, a large garden with lakes and native trees of the region that surround a fitness course. Free WiFi available in the buildings.
The air-conditioned rooms, are decorated with parquet floors and wooden furniture. All rooms have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, telefone, a safe, a minibar, and a bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Some rooms have a private balcony where guests can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
The apartments located in a separate building with private parking, providing a stay with total privacy. The air-conditioned suites with 2 large private terraces have a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, a kitchenette with microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, toaster and cooking utensils. The islands of Armona, Culatra and Farol, with their pristine beaches, can be reached by ferry, departing from the city of Olhão, 7 km away. The staff at Quinta dos Poetas can arrange car or bicycle rental. Kids can have fun at the playground. Faro Airport is 15 Km´s away.

This is the 3rd year in a row I have stayed at Quinta dos Poetas. I have been highly impressed each time I have stayed here. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choice. The hotel is in a lovely rural setting and is very peaceful and tranquil, but at the same time is only a 10-20 min drive away from Olhao and Faro and access to local beaches. Each time I have visited I have found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a rural setting located far away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts, offering a natural and tranquil environment for guests who wish to get away for a peaceful short stay. The buffet continental breakfast was varied and catered for all tastes. The hotel allowed guests to have breakfast outdoors by the pool and that was really nice.
