Rooms are very large and we appreciated the parking spot close to the room. Pasquale at the reception is very nice and professional, he welcomed us with kindness and gave us really good suggestions about restaurants in the area. The place is very quiet and you can take a pleasant walk by the lake.

The hotel itself and the room met all my expecations. Large room (no fridge but I was aware that there are none in the rooms), the AC was on and the temperature was perfect all the time, no matter the 34-35 C outside. Bathroom shower cabin was a bit small but did the job. The only thing that disturbed our stay was one big, fat cockroach that shared the room with us until I saw it which really put some doubts about the level of hygien. Actually the second one is the thin walls and the "love" marathon our neibhours did but I guess that works for both sides :)

Location is fantastic, few meters from the lake. You can take your bikes and ride around.

The views, the table and chairs outside our room, the proximity to the lake. Loved having an early morning swim in the lake. Excellent pizza restaurant opposite!

One of the best location away from the lake Como crowd. Spacious room, and one of the biggest bathroom I have seen in my 20 odd month vacation in Italy/Switzerland. And additionally, can't be more obliged with an unexpected help provided by the staff - they dropped us off in the rain to the nearest train station early in the morning on the day of our checkout. Thanks a lot for this small gesture of help !

The accommodation is located at the lake shore. There's a beautiful view over the lake and the mountaines.

Everything is perfect. We have a window open towards the lake, it is fantastic. I wish I could reserved a few more days to appreciate the visiting.

Very nice hotel for few days to stay near Lake Como. Huge room, nice stuff and very big windows in the room so you can enjoy lake view.
