Stella “Gorgeous stay at Villa Milanu”

We have just spent 5 nights at Villa Milanu. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Nathalie looked after us extremely well. Nothing was too much trouble. She provided an excellent breakfast with something different every day and lots of local produce including preserves made with fruit from her garden. The villa has fabulous views of the mountains and the sea.

Beautiful villa with breathtaking views and a terrace overlooking oletta and saint florent valley. Nathalie (the owner) is a very proactive host and really takes the time to think about every detail to make your stay wonderful, as well as being very knowledgable about the area with lots of tips on things to do. Breakfast on the terrace was great each day, with Nathalie providing lots of local foods from the area to try, as well as her own delicious home made jams! The rooms are lovely, very nicely scented, good bedding, nice shower products. Nathalie sells lots of the products she has in the villa including soaps, bathroom products, teas, honey etc. The villa is a great location to travel around northern Corsica. We visited saint florent (15 min), cap corse (40 min+), the Agriates desert beaches (Lotu beach), patrimonia wine valley (breath taking!) which was all very easy to reach by car or you could even cycle the wine valleys and saint florent. Oletta is the nearest village / town which is around a 20 min walk or a few minutes in the car. We found the evening meals out to be better in saint florent

The property is wonderful. It has an amazing swimming pool and garden, very well-kept. Our room was perfectly designed with attention to every details. Last but not least Nathalie and her husband are extremely welcoming. They gave us a lot of precious advices and booked some leisures/restaurants for us. Nathalie’s breakfast was the best part of the day!

Amazing place with fabulous views and Nathalie is a wonderful hostess. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, sort out restaurants etc and provide a level of comfort and attention to detail that is rare to find. We will be staying here whenever we come back to Corsica.
