All lovely... staff helpfully just lacked focus in some areas ... for example, restaurant staff Asked for a refill drink... it took 15 mins Said they would bring replacement fork.. after 5 mins and dinner on table I went to another table and picked up fork...

Needs updating. Lots of stairs to our room. Creaky so very noisy from movement about the property. Climb into shower up a step and over bath. This my husband found difficult.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Old Bell Inn. Everything was perfect. My only criticism would be the noise from a gate that kept swinging opening and banging against the door frame.

Staff were welcoming. The evening meal was not quite up to expectations (whitebait was a small serving and barely warm) steak was good, liver proved a challenge but overall, again, didn’t quite match expectations or price.

Excellent place to stay and eat, we have eaten many times here but this was our first stay, staff all really helpful, nothing no trouble at all, room was lovely.

The ambience and welcoming atmosphere of the Old Bell. We were visiting our daughter and boyfriend who lived nearby. Sunday Lunch was amazing, home cooked food was relished by all.
