The location was delightful, perfect after a long working day. The room was nicely presented and appointed with all the facilities needed and more. The 'in room' continental breakfast was very well planned and presented with plenty of options to cater for most customers stays. I really enjoyed having what I needed and being able to carry on working whilst taking breakfast in comfort.

Although a cooked breakfast in the pub in not offered, and I fully understand why not, the breakfast items in the room are really good and very convenient. It's a little out of the way but a very nice location and a great old pub with excellent food on offer.

Room was fab, had all that you needed. Breakfast was continental and all in the room, which was great We had a meal in the pub, food was good but service very slow, was shown to a table and waited 10/15 mins and still no-one brought us menus we had to ask for them

Although a little small the room was lovely and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The evening meal was great with the menu offering more than the usual pub fare. Would definitely recommend.
