We were upgraded to a lovely room in the old part of the hotel. All staff were very helpful and we were allowed a late check in order for us to shower in our room after using the pool. The pool was lovely but the changing rooms were very cold although it was exceptionally cold outside. Excellent breakfast too. Short distance into Windsor. There is a bus stop not far from the Hotel entrance and an Uber cost £14 into the town centre.

Wonderful! Lovely staff. Really appreciated our free upgrade. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. The corridors were chilly due the the exceptionally cold weather but our room was lovely and warm.so it wasn't a problem. Enjoyed the bar area and the restaurant for breakfast. Lots of outside seating so will be back to enjoy these in the summer!

Breakfast was great, swimming pool was lovely, staff in restaurant were pleasant. Bed was comfortable, grounds were probably lovely but arrived in the dark and it poured next day so didn't see them.

Location. The scale of the hotel came as a surprise & disappointed that the accommodation was modern and conference centre like. Our fault for not having researched sufficiently well.
