This is a difficult hotel to review as there is basically nothing wrong with it but it feels like it was once a thriving hotel but is just surviving now. The room was fine, a good size & clean & on ground level ( walk out door to ‘garden’). Wifi good. A kettle but no cups etc. very close to good swimming beach & Tito’s Lane. The description on booking.com is not incorrect but makes hotel sound better than it is. The ‘garden’ is mostly sand with a few trees. It is an ok place to stay if you accept the conditions of the place

Very good location near beach .The prime entertainment area of Goa is very close to the cottages.The room was spacious and presentable with good hot water when the electricity was working .The beds were good and comfortable and the bathroom was modern looking.The cottages have a private entrance away from other guests and guests can sit outside the cottages on chairs to relax .Prices for rooms in the area can be expensive and compared to many other places in the same area ,the price was fair enough

For all party lovers it's great location. Don't recommend for long stays. As it is difficulty due to high traffic from the dawn. So if u have go out come back early too. Very close to beach. Good staff

Large room and a Great location right across from Baga beach. These cottages are rustic basic yet clean. Staff are very responsive, eager, and polite. Good access to the beach across the road and a few minutes to Tito's party avenue. Vibrant Xaviers beach shack providing food and music across the road from the cottages on the beach It has air-conditioning and fan, hot water showers and key lock ala old world bolt and lock. No key card access here. Book a sea view cottage

Location is nice, near baga beach, just few steps from the stay. It's near very famous tito's lane. Service provided at the stay was good. Care taker, Almach was nice and was available in just a call away. At reception, Rihaan was polite and good in nature.
