I really enjoyed my time at the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I liked the spacious room with all the green around and the balcony. The only downside was that the matress was very hard. Otherwise a great option for good value.

No breakfast , location bit isolated as I walk but not so I couldn’t get to village and beach, but more difficult for other places room ok

- good price for mandrem/arambol - we rented scooter foe good price - hot water is working - balcony (even roof if you dont care about construction feeling, did yoga there at sunrise it was awesome) - quite location
