Ng guest house is an apartment like rooms , big clean and nice rooms with a hidden kitchen a big bathroom and one sofa, double bed and a terrace... The place is big for 2 very nice and meet the expectations... The hidden kitchen feels like home with a lot of amenities ... Smoking terrace facing the main street to the city... The neighborhood is quiet good and tranquil... The location is great with 10 mins walk to the city center of olbia... Along the street u can find shops and highly rated restaurants with a 4 mins walk... U can find parking along the street free and paid ones...

Spacious room and bathroom with the most comfortable bed. Super smooth self check in (especially after our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after midnight). The staff were also very kind and helpful and especially a big thank you to Elisa for organising a birthday surprise for my partner.

Super close to the Main Street in downtown and secure place. The people that work there, super friendly and helpful. There’s parking places right in front of the building and there’s an elevator for the luggage.

Facilities are amazing! Checkin procedure is clear. Staff is very supportive. Located in Olbia center at walking distance of stores and restaurants.

My partner and I stayed in a Superior Double Room. I thought it was great value for money. Very clean and modern. Air conditioning worked great. Comfortable bed and shower was warm/had great pressure. Check-in was online so we had all the details/codes available before arriving which is handy as I was travelling without data. Nonetheless, we were also greeted by Reception when we arrived. There was parking available on the street outside.

warm and adjustable radiator, you can easily dry a wet swimsuit. Sound isolation very good and super comfortable bed, into which you dive and don’t want to get up.
