I loved the room. Spacious, very clean, comfortable, no noise, perfect temperature. Also the location. Close to bus stations in both directions to the beautiful beaches of Sardegna. Close to restaurants and by walk you can reach city centre. Easy to reach from the airport. I loved it!

I had an unforgettable stay at this guesthouse! The owner, Anna, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even assisting with organizing transfers for the duration of my stay. The room was clean with a beautiful sea view that made every morning special ☀️

Nice room, with all that you need, very cool for a few days. Has a terrace outside the appartment, super location, close to city center, parking wasnt a problem.

One of the best places to stay in Olbia! Right on the waterfront promenade. Anna and her collaborator were very friendly and kind, even letting us check-in before the usual time. The little snacks, coffee and water were appreciated. We really enjoyed the view onto a beautiful garden out of the bedroom window and a stunning terrace with views onto the waterfront. Bedroom and ensuite were very clean and tidy with lovely furnishing.
