We stayed here for one night before our flight for a bit of luxury and ease with a 10 minute drive to the airport. The room was lovely and brand new. Super comfy beds and silent at night. The roof top terrace was lovely and nice at night as well to wind down and listen to the sounds of the old town. Well located with good, accessible parking, easy to find and well communicated route map to avoid ztl areas. This old town area is quaint, beautiful with good and super cute restaurants, gelaterias and pasticcerias on all the surrounding streets. Great and varied breakfast with Italian breakfast cakes as well as the usual full range of continental breakfast options. Really helpful staff with good English. Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday!

Centrally located on a cobbled street with lots of quality restaurants around. Room was spacious and very clean with a marble bathroom. Breakfast was very good, coffee wonderful. Great views over the city from the rooftop terrace. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days. We chose a hotel with a high rating and evaluation. We are a little surprised why there are such reviews. The hotel is in the center, conveniently located, the room is beautiful, large. There were always workers at the reception, they helped with questions. There are complaints about the food: you have to wait for coffee to be prepared, and you know the employee, he does not come. If something from the food runs out, then nothing is renewed. 2 croissants are available. There was an early check-out, we asked in advance for a lunch bag with us or permission to take a choice of food for ourselves. They did not allow it, they assured us that they would collect it themselves and even wrote down the wish. As a result, they collected: 1 pear, 1 croissant, 2 buns with a thin layer of ham. For such an amount per night, you can be more hospitable. We have been to many hotels in the world before, we have not seen this yet

The hotel has a nostalgic feel to it, very authentic and cosy. Its also very clean. The staff without exception were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food on the buffet and there was always enough. I booked a single room and it was more than big enough. The hotel is in the city in a side street so dont expect views, however, it is situated very close to all the activities whilst still being nice and quiet at night. The bus to the beach is 6 mins walk from the hotel and the busses were very reliable. The hotel was extremely clean and well cared for by the staff. I did not use the SPA.It also has a roof top terrace where you can drink a glass of wine .

The staff is great and helped a lot with restaurants suggestion. We got a room upgrade and our room was superb !! Hotel is very well localized and Olbia downtown and walk distance to main restaurants. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in the historical center, near the regional bus stop and the railway station. Restaurants and cafes all around. Spacious, comfortable and tasteful interior. Possibility to observe the city panorama from the terrace. Very rich and delicious breakfast. Helpful staff.
