Location was spot on : Restaurants minutes away in the town . Staff super nice polite and attentive better than other hotels been in Sardinia. Short stay for the airport very convenient.

Liked that it was a buffet and you could help yourself. Parking - other guests were disrespectful and took up 2-3 car spaces, however noticed the staff were requesting this be corrected.

Spacious room with nice large balcony. Rooms are charming in many ways, with grand ceiling heights, and nicely fitted bathrooms. Breakfast was very nice - a good selection of fresh food in a buffet style.

Grand old hotel, with beautiful traditional decor. The rooms were very spacious, and comfortable. Enjoyable breakfast spread with lots of options.

The very good location and extensive breakfast choice.. The beautiful designed building with marble and quality materials .. The staff were all great, especially the breakfast waiters. Our room had a lovely view of the port and Ferris wheel and a very good air-conditioning unit. A very well run hotel close to Olbia old town.

People were generally nice, welcoming, and helpful. However, I had an extremely negative experience with a taxi arranged by the hotel... The taxi driver charged me 40 euros in CASH for a ride that only took me near the airport and shared the ride by picking up a couple along the way. I had to wake up early and skip breakfast because the driver claimed there would be traffic and be late for my tour. It turned out he had another couple on the same ride and needed extra time to drop them off at the airport. When I refused to pay the full amount because the couple had already paid 25 euros (and the driver made sure I didn’t hear when they paid) and it was a shared ride, he pretended not to understand English at all, stopped being friendly, and became very upset. I used Google Translator to explain that he was being unfair and abusive towards tourists and questioned why I should pay 40 euros on top of the 25 euros paid by the couple for a shared ride. He demanded that I pay in cash even though he reluctantly accepted that the couple pay by credit card... I complained about this abusive taxi driver to the hotel and was initially skeptical about ordering another taxi from them. However, to my surprise, the second taxi ride to the airport by totally different driver was extremely pleasant. While everything else was nice, except for the lack of a pool in the extremely hot weather, the entire experience of my stay was tainted by the horrific taxi incident arranged by the hotel. but fortunately, this was rectified by the second experience...
