Very clean,safe& secure. Short walking distance to the centre. Very good value for money. The power shower was fab! The first thing I noticed was how clean everything was which is something I always look for. Tamara the owner was so helpful& friendly. Water& juices available in the room on arrival which was very much appreciated. Tea&coffee making facilities available in the room

The host was nice and helpful, the object was very nice (especially the terrace with its pretty view). I don't think there was anything serious to complain about.

Very nice appartment with everything you might need during your stay. You have your own bathroom, small kitchen, fridge. Downtown of Olbia is within easy walking distance, there is a plenty of places to eat/shop, so the location is great. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very kind and friendly, so everything went really smooth and ok. Breakfast is composed of many different sweet snacks and toast-bread with variation of jams/nutellas. Free coffee, tea, juices, water available, so this was more then enough :) The neighbourhoood is calm, safe, yet close to city center. We totally recommend to stay :)
