Wonderful, Sardinian property with home comforts… Spotlessly clean, great WiFi, great location, lots of shops, bars, restaurants close by.. a ten, fifteen minute walk into the main centre (I like walking), great public transport network and cheap too… Edoardo is fantastic, very helpful, courteous and professional, a brilliant host and a wonderful cleaner, Theresa, great, warm friendly people.. I will go back here when I come back to Olbia… Thankyou Edoardo whom also went the extra mile and dropped me back to the Airport so I didn’t panic on my return…. 10/10 🙏😊❤️

Edoardo was a great host, very friendly and helpful, he recommended a lot of places and beaches for us to visit, as well as boat tours. The apartment was in a very nice neighborhood, felt very safe, there was free pacing all around the house, supermarket and gas station right across the street. It was a 5 min drive to the center of Olbia, and it also had easy access to get on the highway (without driving trough the center), so location was 10/10. The room was comfortable for 2 people. There was shared coffee machine, fridge and hairdryer in the hallway for all the guests.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Cirou's house place. The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we could need for a great vacation. Edouardo was the perfect host, he welcomed us when we got there, and said goodbye when we left and he even propose us to store our language when we checked out early in the morning before our departure, he even recommended for us when asked a local rental company (Elite car) to rent our car , his immediate communication were super helpful! Great location and close to the best beaches, to the center and super markets. Very quiet area at night. the parking is free and available on public street, Can't say enough about the experience. We would highly recommend this property. We ll definitely stay here again when we return in Olbia.

I unfortunately only had one night of my holiday left to stay in Olbia but had a great time staying at Eduardo's guest house. The communication was great, the location is not super central but a bit more quiet and still very close to the city centre and the airport. Eduardo welcomed me personally and answered all my questions, the room was super clean and the bed very comfy. Would stay here again any time if I'm back in Sardinia!
