The staff and resort are great, with fantastic shows for both kids and adults. The Minilome Club is an excellent feature for older kids; however, it was not ideal for our 1.5-year-old. For children over 3 or 4 years, the service is free, but for younger ones, there is a fee of €15 per hour. Initially, we booked two hours on the first day, but after just one hour, we were called to pick him up as he was crying and they couldn’t calm him down. On the other hand, our older child had a wonderful time, and we especially appreciated Anastasia and the other animators at Minilome, as well as Jasmin, the resort animator – they were fantastic. The receptionist at Minilome was calm and professional, but a bit more warmth and cheerfulness could make a big difference, especially since it’s a kids’ club. A friendly attitude can really help children feel comfortable in this setting. The bar and main restaurant staff were also very welcoming. There is also a bistro bar where you can get warm food until 1 a.m., followed by snacks. One of the bars is open 24/7. The hotel offers additional services such as a hair salon and a doctor. The doctor’s consultation fee ranges between €135 and €180, though if you have insurance, it’s possible that this cost may be fully reimbursed. There are shops within the resort with relatively high prices, but about 100 meters from the hotel, you can find a pharmacy and outlet with slightly more affordable options, though still pricey. The beach area was enjoyable, with a bar nearby where you can easily grab a drink. However, to secure a chaise lounge, you need to get there early, around 7 a.m., as they fill up quickly. As for the pools, the children’s pool and the main adult pool with the swim-up bar were not heated, making them a bit too chilly to enjoy comfortably. Only one of the outdoor pools had a pleasant temperature, and the pools on the balconies were also a good option temperature-wise.

We love Mylome, we decided this will be our 1st place we choose when we return to Alanya for our next vacation. all-inclusive was a great deal, numerous food options. Grills and dessert, Live pasta counters were our favourite. Big shout out to the Animation Team at Mylome, the girls and boys are super friendly and take good care of you. Thai Spa technician 5 star, came out relaxed and rejuvenated. We even did a Photoshoot at their in-house Photo Studio. He was soo helpful and friendly, and took amazing photos throughout the resort with us. Table-Tennis (pingpong) was our favourite morning thing to do. It was awesome, highly recommend staying 7-10 days here.

■Staff work really hard, rollerskaters, beach boys, entertainment team, waiters/waitresses polite and smiling all the time. ■Everything is always clean from rooms to outdoors. ■Drink selections in minibar was good. ■Food , burgers at snack bar were very good. ■Did like the Halloween themed night. ■Location is perfect, very modern and very well designed hotel.
