The location is the best, so close to Okayama castle and Korakuen, less 10 minutes walk, enjoyed the nice stroll and autumn special lighting show at night. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel, which made it so easy to get there from JR station. Restaurants and shopping street nearby, hope I had more than one day to explore.

The location is just next to Okayama castle and the stunning Kourakuen Garden that's next to it. It's about 15-20 minuet walk from Okayama station is a straight line. There's a Lawason just accros the hotel. The room is very spacious!!! The self doing Laundry works well, and you get free toiletries like bath sponge etc. You can just deposite the card key when you check out.

Cheap and basic, nothing extra - and it is fine as long as you are looking for it.

We are a family of 5 with 3 young adult daughters, so we booked 3 rooms. Mattresses were comfortable and clean/functional bathroom. We liked the relatively low price for rooms and were pleasantly surprised when we returned from a day out sightseeing to find new towels in our rooms and the bins had been emptied. Also like how they have an assortment of complimentary things in the foyer that you can take if needed, eg. moisturiser, toothbrushes & toothpaste, razors etc. and bathrobes to use during your stay. It’s nice to have the use of microwaves in the foyer and free coffee.
