The position of the property is wonderful.. you have amazing views of Oia and the Caldera. It’s beautiful. The staff are absolutely amazing and the pool is glorious!

The location of Nikos Villas is perfect. Close enough to Oia to make access easy but far enough away yah you are not impacted by the crowds of tourists that flock to the sunset every evening. The walking path to Fira passes directly in front of the property so it’s also great for hiking.

Nikos Villas is in a great location with beautiful views and you can see the sunset from the hotel with no need to go anywhere. It is a few minutes walk to Oia in a lovely peaceful location but also easily accessible from the road so don’t have to lug suitcases very far.

Outstanding breakfast. Really peaceful, friendly small hotel with out of this world views. Close walk to Oia, right next to the coastal path to Fira as restaurants a few mins walk away. Staff were brilliant, from housekeeping, reception, bar and room service.

The friendliness and hospitality of all the staff. The rooms and facilities are clean and customer service was top notch. Dimitris, Andreas and Martina and the rest of the staff went above and beyond in making sure the guests are taken care of! Highly recommend this villa! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Nikos Villas were fantastic! Honestly the views are outstanding, it is nice to be above the coastal walkway for privacy. The staff were just amazing, so friendly and kind, the receptionist went above and beyond to help us out with a flight booking so we could carry on enjoying ourselves. Breakfast on the balcony was wonderful. Would love to stay again.

We received the warmest of welcomes from Martina on our arrival . All the staff we came into contact with went out of their way to be friendly and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble . We opted for an apartment with a good sea view and we were so impressed with it. The bed was extremely comfortable and we made use of the robe and slippers. Toiletries were luxurious and the towels soft and fluffy and replaced every day . It was good to have the small kitchen especially the fridge and kettle . We spent lots of time sitting on the terrace just staring at the view and watching the passers by on the little footpath. The pool was a nice size and it was pleasant sitting beside it with a cocktail and a nice lunch . The sunsets are very special and almost spiritual. We mostly watched them from the poolside or from a little church on a hill nearby , away from the crowds in Oia.

Excellent breakfast choice delivered to the patio at a time which suited ourselves - tasty omelettes etc and Greek yoghurt with fruit. Being coeliac was catered for without any issues
