Location is at the end where not too many people will pass. Quiet and peaceful. Best spot for the most amazing sunset. Luxurious and beautiful design. Eating breakfast every morning with the view of the caldera is an unforgettable experience. The windmills room has a jetted tub and always heated up.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Staff Aug 2024 My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Charisma Hotel in Oia, Santorini, and our experience was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for a truly unforgettable holidays. A special mention must go to Artemis, Kostas, Sammer, Zac, and James, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their service by the pool and at breakfast was simply outstanding. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a leisurely breakfast, their attentiveness and friendliness made us feel truly pampered. They anticipated our every need and consistently delivered with grace and professionalism. It's rare to find a team so dedicated to making guests feel special, and they truly exceeded our expectations. However, we do have a small suggestion. Given the intense summer heat in Santorini, it would be great if the staff could wear shorts. It would not only be more comfortable for them but also align with the relaxed, resort-like atmosphere of the hotel. Overall, our stay at Charisma Hotel was remarkable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Artemis, Kostas, Sammer, Zac, and James. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Oia, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you guys

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The food was excellent, the staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, you never had to ask, they pre-empted everything. The views were amazing from the room and everywhere was spotless. The room itself was bigger than we expected, the air conditioning was on when we arrived with a welcome bottle of local wine. Nothing not to like or complain about and we definitely will return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Charisma Suites. We had a Senior Suite with Caldera View. The room was spotless and so stylish. Everything was perfection. We had amazing sunset views from our private terrace. The delicious breakfast was delivered to our terrace each morning. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The guys who carried our luggage to and from our room deserve a medal. Thank you so much to all the Charisma Suites team.
