-due to the location of the property and the architecture of the property, there are steep steps with no rails, no elevator and low balconies. As a result, it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
-children are accepted in specific room types and upon management's confirmation. Please note that they need to be supervised at all times
-children of any age or extra persons are not allowed in Elegant Suites and Executive suites
-guests traveling with children are kindly requested to inform the property upon reservation
-any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management
-maid service is provided twice daily
-the reception and snack bar are open from 08.00-23.00
-mobile phones are supplied to each unit upon request.

Hotel staff and management are very friendly, happy, and attentive. The service is superb and can not be faulted. The rooms are cleaned at least twice a day, which is excellent. Also the views from the rooms are the best in the world!

I had the most amazing experience at the Atrina Canava hotel. The staff were amazing and made sure that everything was perfect for my stay. They accommodated all of my needs and were helpful and always friendly. The suite was absolutely incredible and clean and the views were amazing. The hotel was also a short walk to all the main tourist spots as well as shops, restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend.

Every little thing in this establishment is just perfect. - the location is ideal as the hotel is on the very beginning of Oia center : ideal to wander in oia streets - the view from every single rooms are idyllic with private sun beds and table in front of our room - the breakfast available has many different options, is really good, and is brought to you on your private « balcony » which really makes a difference - can’t even describe the generosity of Atrina’s team, which was there to help us for taxi, restaurant and experience booking

Felt very welcomed. All Staff 10++++ Antonio was very professional and friendly. Alexander always present when needed - always with a great friendly smile. Thanus with 5star service both in the transfers and the tour around the island.

We stayed in the Canava suite. It is lovely, really comfortable and a brilliant location in Oia. The view from our terrace was stunning and even better with the hot tub. Mornings were also splendid for a delicious room service breakfast with a view. The staff there also go absolutely above and beyond, all really friendly and helpful. Loved it.
