Please note that all children are welcome.The property operates on a bed and breakfast basis.Please note that villas are scattered across Oia, therefore guests are kindly requested to contact the property in advance by phone or by e-mail in order to arrange meeting details to pick up the keys for the villa.More specifically, Amaya Windmill Villa, Amaya Harmony Villa and Amaya Serenity Villa with Private Pool are located at the entrance of Oia Village, while the other villas are located near the Byzantine Castle Ruins, at the end of the village.
In the event of non-show or early departure, the entire amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Aaron was our guide to my villa was absolutely amazing. Attend my needs when required. Ezeni Amaya Villas Manager was available on WhatsApp regularly updating on booking status etc. all very helpful and kind.

The view from the balcony was worth every penny. And what's better is that we felt like the only villa in the Caldera to actually have privacy. We booked the "Amaya Graceful Villa with Caldera View & Outdoor Hot Tub". To get to this villa, we had to walk past a lot of others, which we felt very smug about because nobody could walk past our place and look in. Privacy feels like a luxury in Oia. The breakfast was also a lovely little treat. The orange juice in particular was delicious!

Lovely location in Oia just overlooking the waters and caldera. Lights up beautifully at night and can watch the sunrise from the bedrooms. Sunset also has spectacular views. Hosts are great and are prompt in helping out.

The location and the host and the property itself very beautiful. We stayed at graceful and kastro. Graceful is very beautiful located at the heart of oia. The view is breathtaking. Graceful is two levels and kastro has one level kastro is more cozy. The host and staffs are super helpful and they really tried to do everything to make us happy. We really appreciate it.

Located at the heart of Oia, the villa offered super clean and well equipped room. The Caldera view with an outdoor hot tub was a hit with my son, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything about our stay was fantastic and the staff did their best to make us feel comfortable. Ezeni, the manager, was extremely helpful and catered to all our requests. A special shout-out to her for making our trip truly awesome!
