Villa Kotlar is a beautiful boutique hotel, an easy 15/20 minutes walk just north of downtown/central Ohrid. It is in a quiet neighborhood with free parking 2 minutes at the end of the street. The building looks new, beautifully decorated AND includes an elevator! Breakfast was good. Unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of the lovely swimming pool at the back of the property. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Lovely little b&b with wonderful friendly hosts, perfectly clean and spacious modern rooms, good breakfast. Special bonus for warmer days is a lovely backyard with a good sized swimming pool and nice barbecue/picnic area. I would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for peaceful and family-friendly vacation spot!

Swimming pool enjoyable. Decent breakfast. Nice walk to the centre along the coast when daylight otherwise a shorter walk through the town. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location.

Nice room with pool wiew, good breakfast and helpfull personal (order taxi and prepare snack for way back). AC in rooms.

Hotel was very clean and nice atmosphere. It was close to the lake and main attractions. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. In breakfast there was everything necessary. We would definately stay again and recommend to others too.
