Our chalet was clean, well stocked, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff were so lovely, and we could see Mt Ruapehu from our lounge. Netflix was great for the kids as were the boardgames. 200m from the amazing Carrot Adventure playground and a short walk into town. Very easy access to the mountain, would definitely stay again.

Spacious cottage, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Everything was ready for our stay. We also liked the sauna.

The manager was incredibly helpful and supportive. The unit was clean and tidy and had everything we required. The chalets were peaceful & quiet and you could hear the stream running past in the distance while we sat outside having a glass of wine at night.
