The position of this hotel is its glory. Situated looking out to sea the views from the veranda and the chairs in the garden are amazing. The large room we had was clean although slightly outdated. Breakfast was served in the reception area and consisted of fruit, muffins and bagels. Coffee was always available. It was a minute walk to the main street of Ogunquit and the shops and restaurants there.

The breakfast out on the porch overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The staff picked up tables quickly so new folks could enjoy their breakfast. The room was clean. We looked for an outlet to charge devices and found none until we realized there were two outlets on top of the clock at the bedside. Worked perfectly. My wife liked their moveable bathroom makeup mirror. Guess what I am putting in our bathroom at home? Staff were very friendly. Many smiles. The view of the river and ocean was fantastic early in the morning. Parking is close to the room and marked so you always have a place if you go out for the day or for an errand. Free daily newspaper which I took out to the lawn chair and read.

Wonderful front desk staff, gorgeous gardens & seating, amazing central location to main street and beach. Spectacular sea views. Large room off the 1st floor large verandah, better than photos. Comfortable beds. Great to have 2 windows that open for fresh air. Great pool. One of the cleaners ran down to our car as we were leaving as we had left a phone charger in our room. So thoughful! We loved staying here.

The location was convenient to walk to shops and restaurants, we had a deck outside the room and sat there enjoying the ocean view, room was nice, bed comfortable,
