The property is very well mentained, the room was very clean and luminous and location, while not on the ocean front, very practical, 15 minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes away from Marginal Way. Parking is free, interesting when you know it costs 40 USD for a day at the beach parking!

We were very comfortable in Suite 123, overlooking Shore Road. This two-level accommodation was spacious, light-filled, with up-to-date amenities. We especially appreciated the comfy king-size bed, bay window dining area, colorful new living room couch and carpet, rugs throughout the apartment, and our private terrace.

The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and we appreciated the thoughful touch of having tea and coffee provided in reception all through the day. We changed rooms for the second night after a family member left and this was made very easy by being able to leave our packed suitcases in the room to be moved during the day. It was nice and close to the Marginal Way and the pool and spa pool were lovely too.
