The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, the waitress was very friendly with all the guests and clearly very popular with both young and old and nothing was too much for her, my room was a little cold, she went out of her way to speak with reception and get it fixed, her English was very good and she kept me informed as to what was happening. The beds are amazing, I slept far longer than I normally do and the breakfast was good too.
