Not simply a great nights sleep in immaculately clean room, but an experience to last a lifetime. Our 92 year old host didn’t speak a word of English, only Portuguese - however we knew what she was telling us. The crochet glass covers and hand made placemats made me think of my gran and we so super cute. Homemade cake and ‘life giving tea’ for breakfast were devine. Such an amazing and memorable stay!!

Old world charm. Our hostess was amazing. She doesn’t speak English but we managed to understand each other. Very caring about her guests and proud of her home made breakfast.

Casa Morais is a great place—clean, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of hiking. The bath was a real treat, and the breakfast, especially the homemade lemon cake, was absolutely amazing. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the warmth and kindness of the hosts. Their genuine hospitality makes this stay unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I just loved my stay at this delightful accommodation! The landlady is so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is prepared with such love. The mountain herbal tea is especially tasty!

We loved our stay at Casa Morais. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel welcome whilst respecting our privacy. Lots of thoughtful touches such as cute covers for glasses and a nicely presented and delicious breakfast. Would happily return.

The lady running the guest house is super sweet. Rooms were comfortable and clean and appreciated having a bath after a long day walking. Breakfast was lovely and home made.
