The fine print
The minimum check-in age for this hotel is 21 years of age.Early check-ins cannot be accommodated during high season.A damage deposit of US$100 cash is required on arrival for guests paying for their reservation in cash. A damage fee of US$150 is required on arrival for guests paying for their reservation with credit card. This will be collected by either cash or credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your damage fee will be refunded in full via cash/ credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Only dogs are allowed.
Pet fee: $30 per pet, per night.
Up to 3 dogs under 15 lbs are allowed; if over 15 lbs, only 2 dogs are allowed.
Dogs are allowed based on room type.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The breakfast was great..scrambled eggs, sausages, bread, cereals, waffles. Huge renovated dining area. Staff were very nice. Lobby newly renovated. Loved the sand dunes and beach behind the hotel.

Room size is ok. Everything looks clean. Breakfast is standard continental. The restroom has ample supplies of toiletries. And, there is an actual exhaust fan for those who are wondering.
