We used the hotel as a base for the Euro champions game England Vs Denmark in Frankfurt. The hotel and local area was very pleasant. The staff were very helpful and looked after our party of 10 guys. Breakfast was also very good for our two night stay. They organised our transport to and from the airport which was very good value and a speedy service too. Well done to all at the staff at the hotel making our stay a pleasure. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to stay in this area. Well done and keep up your great work 👍

Clean, practical, breakfast were good, they have a chef that can cook fresh eggs. I recommend the breakfast.

Unbelievable friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. No request was too much trouble. Room, bed and ensuite extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast were first class, plenty of options. Staff were only to happy to cook anything you wanted. Fantastic hotel and staff. 5 stars. We would highly recommend this hotel and we would stay again if we return. Thank you.Mo

Great location in centre of town. We had the deluxe room which was a good size and had excellent storage. Nice touch to have carafe of water refreshed every day. The breakfast was excellent. Super to have eggs freshly cooked. Two female staff members who looked after us during our stay were excellent. Friendly and very efficient. There is no lift and we were very impressed that one of them insisted on carrying our, not light, cases upstairs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the superb location, extremely comfortable beds, and your friendly staff. The hotel's location is simply fantastic, especially with the direct access to the train and S-Bahn to the Messe. This made my stay incredibly convenient and allowed for flexibility in my schedule. The beds were incredibly comfortable and ensured a restful sleep, which is particularly important for business travelers like myself. The staff was always helpful and accommodating, which made my stay very pleasant.
